Gamma Vibes is a New York-based DJ, vibraphonist, and electronic music producer originally from South Korea. Her musical journey began in her teens when she developed a deep passion for percussion. This love for rhythm led her to the vibraphone, and she soon became captivated by its unique sound. In her 20s, she moved to the United States to further pursue her musical aspirations.

After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Gamma Vibes relocated to New York and quickly became immersed in the city’s thriving electronic music culture. There, she was drawn to the dynamic worlds of house and techno, which inspired her to expand beyond DJing into fully live performance. Incorporating her rare electronic vibraphone alongside synthesizers and modern hardware, she has developed a signature sound that bridges live instrumentation with hypnotic, groove-driven beats. From intimate venues to large stages, her sets captivate audiences with their infectious energy and seamless fusion of acoustic and electronic elements.

Gamma Vibes has performed at Lincoln Center from 2021 to 2023, bringing her South Korean roots to the stage with electrifying K-pop-inspired sets. She has also been invited to perform at prestigious events such as the New York Philharmonic Spring Gala Afterparty, as well as at iconic venues like the New York Public Library, Park Avenue Armory, Samsung Metaverse, and the Perelman Performing Arts Center. Additionally, she has performed at New York City’s most vibrant parties and venues, including Sonic Jungle NYC, Resolute NYC, and Elsewhere.

Her latest EP, It’s a Fantasy, blends beautiful melodies, deep grooves, and hypnotic, spacy sounds. As Gamma Vibes continues to create and perform, she pushes boundaries, sharing her unique sound with audiences around the world.
